Ms. Pooja Shukla Deputy Director with NBQP, Quality Council of India, is a senior professional with over 17 years of experience in Stakeholder Management, Event Management, Social Media Marketing, Client Relations, Quality, Auditing and Food Safety.

With a Digital Marketing programme from IIM Kashipur, Pooja holds a Master's in Microbiology and an MBA in Marketing Management.

She is also a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 22000 FSMS and a Certified FSSAI FoSTaC Trainer for Advanced Manufacturing.

Having managed large scale programmes and conducted 200+ man-day audits, her professional passions encompass quality, event management, social media marketing, and brand promotion.
